We first connected on Hinge while earning our master’s degrees at Columbus State University. After a few days of chatting, Billy asked Clara out on a first date to Bytes & Brews, an arcade bar in downtown Columbus — and they instantly hit it off! Clara even texted her friends that night saying, “I just met my husband.” From then on, weekly dates became their thing, with Pine Mountain becoming a favorite spot — and eventually the place where Billy proposed!
